Old South welcomes Rev. Frank Schaefer

Old South Church in Boston was honored to welcome the Rev. Frank Schaefer to 11 am Festival Worship on Sunday, December 29 to help lead worship. A nationally known advocate for the recognition of equal marriage in the United Methodist Church, we honored his courage and blessed him as he continues to give witness to God's all-embracing love.

Now an honorary member of Old South Church, Rev. Schaefer stands with members Jackie (left), Sunday's scripture reader, and her fiancee, Jess.
