Boston Community Capital’s Foreclosure Relief Work Supported by OSC

Boston Community Capital’s SUN (Stabilizing Urban Neighborhoods) Initiative helps Massachusetts residents who have a stable income—but can’t make their mortgage payments—remain in their homes with mortgages they can afford. Since late 2009, SUN has helped over 135 Massachusetts residents remain in their homes.
